WHO AUTHORIZES RAB'S JUSTICE KILLING ??????

Killing by RAB has increased in Bangladesh. Many articles has been written on this issue. There were cries at various forum. However, it now appears that the Bengali people, this way or that way, has accepted the issue. As I learnt, the recent killing of one Dr. Tutul and some others has raised the question again. I saw interview of another person in hospital under treatment, who narrated a body chilling story as to how he escaped the killing.

Questions:

1. The illegal killing continueing despite many outcry. Asuume that the highest echelon, i.e. the Care Taker Chief has an approval for such killing. If the judiciary is really independent, than sooner or later some one will go and sue against him. Well, we all understand the story how things happen.

2. Does RAB comes under Home Ministry ? Well, Maj Gen (Retd) Matin is heading that ministry hence he is cuing to face the challenge cause the blessing of Special Power Act is for limited period. And the past record proves that no killer can have indemnity even passed by parliament (Sk Hasina + Khaleda Zia to note please) ?

3. A few lines I picked up from a book. Do you all feel in the same way that these few lines speakes ?????
